We accept the following Payment Methods:
1. EFT:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a formal invoice by email with your final total payable including delivery costs. Our banking details are on the invoice. This will be sent to you via email by our Order Admin team. Please always only use the banking details on your invoice.
Once the funds have cleared in our account/s, we will dispatch your order and supply a tracking number.
Please note:
No orders will be shipped out until the full amount is paid.
Kindly provide Proof of Payment if possible so we can track your payment should there be a delay.
Please include R20 extra if paying by Cash Deposit.
2. Debit & Credit Card / Cash (Durban / Walk in clients only):
We have card facilities on site, but cash is also accepted in store only.
Unfortunately, and for obvious reasons, we only accept cash for local, walk-in clients or clients who visit our Physical Store at Oxford Village in Hillcrest, KZN.
3. Payment Plans
We offer Affordable Payment plans for select items. The item available on Payment Plan will have a deposit amount. You are welcome to enquire with us if you would like a Payment Plan on items where it is not offered. This is decided on a case by case basis.
