This refers to an order or specific that cannot be currently filled or shipped, as it is currently unavailable or not in stock but is requested nonetheless for when the item becomes available again. Every now and then items from our catalog get sold out. However, some of these items are still in stock with our suppliers and available to order – we will notify you when this situation occurs.
The item is then ordered via our supplier, shipped to us, then shipped to you with the rest of your order (if you have other ‘In stock’ items ready to ship). You have the option of waiting for the back order items to arrive and then ship your order in one go, or ship what’s here and ship the remaining items separately once they arrive. Extra shipping costs may apply. Please query this, however we will notify you before the order is placed.
