Pre-Orders made on behalf of clients carry a pre-arranged and agreed percentage deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. Should a lay-bye or pre-order be cancelled, the client forfeits the paid amounts for that particular item.
As far as possible, Project Mayhem Collectibles & Action Figures will provide as accurate a date as possible as to the release and arrival of a product. Should there be any delays for the suppliers, distributors or manufacturers, Project Mayhem Collectibles & Action Figures will notify the client at our soonest. Further, such occurrences are out of Project Mayhem Collectibles & Action Figures’ control.
